At Pelican Essentials, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
